Halter Financial Group Completes Hong Kong Winalite Group, Inc. Reverse Merger

Dallas, Texas, January 4, 2008 – Halter Financial Group consulted on a reverse merger transaction between Gourmet Herb Growers, Inc., a public shell corporation controlled by HFG, and The Hong Kong Winalite Group, LTD., a Hong Kong company. The company, through its wholly-owned PRC subsidiary, markets and sells personal health and hygiene products in China and internationally. Following the close of the reverse merger transaction, Gourmet Herb Growers changed its name to Hong Kong Winalite Group, Inc and its stock is now traded on the OTCBB under the symbol HKWO.OB.
