Halter Financial Group Completes $21 Million APO® with Yuhe International, Inc.

Dallas, Texas, March 12, 2008 – Halter Financial Group consulted on an APO® transaction between First Growth Investors Inc., a public shell corporation controlled by HFG, and Yuhe International, Inc., a PRC company. Yuhe is a supplier of day-old chickens raised for meat production through out the PRC. Simultaneous with the consummation of the exchange transaction, Yuhe closed a private placement of securities whereby it issued shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of $21 million. Following the close of the APO® transaction, First Growth changed its name to Yuhe International, Inc. and its stock is now traded on the OTCBB under the symbol YUII.OB.
