Marat Rosenberg - Principal and Senior Managing Director

Marat Rosenberg is Principal and Senior Managing Director of Halter Financial Group and Co-founder of the Halter USX China Index. He also serves on the Board of several companies. Rosenberg has extensive capital markets, corporate and entertainment finance experience, and frequently appears at conferences and in the media. Previously, Mr. Rosenberg founded the New York operations for AllAdvantage.com, where he also focused on the company’s financial services and e-commerce business development. Prior to that, he was an AVP with Citigroup Asset Management’s Institutional Sales Group. Rosenberg began his career as a Management Consultant in Andersen Consulting’s Strategy Practice, specializing in the financial services sector. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
